EFFECT OF SUCCINATE-CONTAINING DRUGS ON CELLULAR COMPOSITION OF BLOOD IN RATS AT REST, DURING FREE SWIMMING AND WEIGHT-LOADED FORCED SWIMMING TEST

The aim of the study is to analyze effect succinate-containing drugs on cellular composition blood in rats at rest, during free swimming and weight-loaded forced test.
 Materials Methods was carried out practically healthy sexually mature male Wistar (250–300 g). Animals received a drug (meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid) before (4 % body weight), after 12 hours exercise.
